NY unions are tough and Mike made sure everything went smoothly and timely….He did a great job and the perfect example of true customer service….I highly recommend him….We definitely had one of the nicest looking booths at the show and even upper management commented on that.

Thanks again for creating the extension to build out our current booth into our beautiful 10x30 booth we used for Toy Fair this year!!We had a great Toy Fair this year and many were impressed by our very nice and professional booth. We were on the “Big Dog” floor this year and it was fun to ‘fit in’–thanks for your help with that! I’ve attached a few pictures for you to see what it looked like at the end of the set-up day after we filled it with our additional merchandising & product! Sorry, these pics are far from professional but they tell the story.

As promised from when we spoke last week, below is the contact information for the efficient/knowledgeable team we hired to set-up our beautiful 10x30 booth for Toy Fair this year. Just to re-cap, they are highly experienced in set-up of Nimlock booths (among MANY other booth types–no need to explain “pick that up and put in there”), their hourly rates are a little lower than the national average but their estimated hours to set-up & dismantle are about 1/3 to ½ of the amount that I received quotes from (after all potentials reviewed our booth specific schematics/blueprints). ALSO, not only did they set-up our booth within the estimated quote time but they did it on the lower end of the quote. They set-up our booth with absolutely no additional guidance or instruction as promised in their quote (after reviewing our booth blueprints).

I promise I didn’t quit KidsGive and start working for M&J, but we were so happy with their work that we’d like to spread the good news since we’re (all manufacturers) constantly gouged with high expenses at show-site during tradeshows. This is an area to lower some costs. Lisa and Laura were at the show and they text me on set-up day to tell me that these guys were great and that they had already booked them for dismantle (the girls had gone in a bit pessimistic due to labor help we’ve received in the past for booth set-up that they didn’t want to commit to dismantle until set-up was complete). They insisted that we need to get them again for next Toy Fair.
